Bookings & Payments
All bookings are made via our online registration system and require payment to secure your child’s session.

Photography
Only registered children with parent/guardian consent will be photographed.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If a child is unwell or unable to attend, a full refund will be provided
• Centre cancellations or rescheduling may incur fees depending on notice provided
• Digital Files are non refundable so choose carefully when ordering.

Image Delivery

• Galleries are delivered approximately 3 weeks after Photo Day
• Images are provided via secure online galleries

Image Use

• Images remain the property of Digital Flashbacks Photography
• Images will not be used for marketing without consent

Liability
While all care is taken, Digital Flashbacks Photography is not liable for circumstances outside our control.
