• Children are only photographed once parent/guardian consent has been provided through registration
• Only registered children are included in individual or class photographs
• Children without consent are not photographed or included in any images

Image Storage

• All images are stored securely using a professional online gallery system (Fotomerchant)
• Galleries are password-protected and accessible only to the child’s family
• Access to images is strictly limited and controlled

Image Use

• Images are not shared publicly or used for marketing without explicit permission and consent from families
• We do not sell, distribute, or share images with third parties

Image Retention

• Images are retained only as long as necessary for client access and business purposes
• Images are securely archived or deleted in line with business practices

Printing & Processing

• All editing is completed in-house
• Professional printing is completed through a trusted Australian lab
