How Our System Works
We would love the opportunity to work with your centre and provide a smooth, enjoyable Photo Day experience for both your team and your families. Below is a brief overview of how our photography system operates.
Simple Online Registration
We use a secure online pre-registration system where families opt in and register their child prior to Photo Day.
The registration fee is $50 per child, which includes our base photography package.
Families can also choose to include sibling photographs, and siblings do not need to attend the centre to participate.
Clear & Organised Photo Day Planning
Prior to Photo Day, we provide you with ready-to-send communication for your families to make the process easy.
Once registrations close, we:
- Prepare a full run sheet for the day
- Provide a list of all registered children
- Photograph only registered children, ensuring an organised and stress-free experience
A Calm & Professional Photo Day Experience
On the day, we:
- Arrive at a time that suits your centre
- Bring all props and equipment
- Work from youngest to oldest rooms
- Create a relaxed, enjoyable environment for children
Our goal is to deliver a high-end portrait experience at an affordable price for families.
We also provide complimentary staff portraits on the day.
Viewing & Ordering
Approximately 3 weeks after Photo Day, families receive a private online gallery where they can:
- View their child’s images
- Select favourites
- Upgrade packages if desired
If they choose not to upgrade, they simply receive their included package — no further cost.
Additional items such as digital downloads, prints and keepsakes are available via our à la carte menu.
Child Safety & Image Protection
We take child safety and privacy very seriously:
- We hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- All images are stored securely
- Galleries are private and password-protected
- We follow strict processes to ensure children’s images are protected at all times
